My name is Giorgio Bonaffini, I am a young Chef with 10 years of experience in the best restaurants and hotels in Europe. I recently returned to Italy after a period of 2 years in Denmark where I followed the opening of an Italian restaurant in the center of Copenhagen My cuisine is very linked to traditions but with a contemporary imprint. I strongly believe in respect for the raw material and the recipe, but with the use of more modern and sometimes more appropriate techniques in order to obtain a better result. 


Recently I realized that I could do much more than just cook, thanks to my organizational skills and my experience gained over the years I have reached a certain awareness. I love being in contact with the customer, involving him, seeing him have fun and being able to see his expersions with my own eyes while tasting a dish. This is why I chose to detach myself from the restaurant routine. Now I only deal with Consulting, Private Events, Private Chef Services.
